I never tried Macaroons, because I assumed it was merely a meringue thingy. But then the other day I had a taste of a french macaroon, and it blew me away! Feeling very stupid for my ignorance now…

But they do look like meringues. There’s been a lot of food that I haven’t wanted to try based on looks alone either. What flavor did you have?

They were quite yummy! The one in front is vanilla and the one behind was a coconut lime.

Those are perfect ! I love all different macaroons especially hazelnut or coffee ones 🙂
